Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate the blessings God has sent our way during the year. Family, friends, and feasting are all such important parts of the perfect Thanksgiving celebration! As the delicious aroma of roasting turkey and pumpkin pie fill the air, there’s nothing more appealing than a table laden with family favorites, bringing with them memories of years gone by.
BUFFET CARDS AS TABLE DECOR

If you’re like me, you love seasonal décor! And, of course, the Thanksgiving table is one of the most important tables of the year to plan for! Sometimes, simple touches can add just the right element to your serving table décor. In addition to a pretty tablecloth and centerpiece, including buffet cards can help to enhance the festive feel. Not only are buffet cards a nice decorative touch, but they can also serve a practical purpose. Even if the dish selection is easily identified, added information like who made the dish or whether the dish meets a dietary requirement (i.e. gluten-free, dairy-free) can be noted for the benefit of your guests. For pot-luck dinners, buffet cards can act as place-holders for dishes yet to come.
If you are having a sit-down dinner for Thanksgiving – or any autumn celebration – these free printable cards can also serve as place cards on your table. Simply write the name of your guest on the card and set it at their assigned place.
Buffet cards fit any decorating style. They can be simple or elaborate, elegant or homespun, whimsical or plain, vintage or modern, or any style that fits with the theme of your gathering.
